The Jazz at the Plaza concert series is produced by Saint Peter's Church with the generous support of Boston Properties, Grand Central Partnership, The Coca-Cola Company, and Midtown Arts Common.

In the event of inclement weather, concerts will be held inside Saint Peter's Church. Jazz on the Plaza concerts will continue through the end of August.

About the Artist

With expressive elegance, Nicki Parrott has charmed audiences worldwide with her delightful performances showcasing her dynamic vocal and bass musicianship.

In 2015 Nicki released two albums on Venus Records, Angel Eyes and A Tribute to Doris Day. Nicki's 2008 CD release (Venus Records), Fly Me To The Moon and 2007 CD release (Venus Records), Moon River were voted Swing Journal Magazine Critic's Poll, "Best Jazz Vocal Album." She is also a recording artist for Arbors Records and her own label, Ooroo Records.

Nicki was Les Paul's bassist and vocalist for over 10 years. In addition to performing at most of
the world's top jazz festivals, she has performed with such jazz greats as Randy Brecker, Clark Terry, Joe Wilder, Dick Hyman and Michel Legrand.
