Yari Ostovany exhibits the paintings called Numinous in the Living Room Gallery at Saint Peter's Church January 11 through March 22, 2018. Free and open to the public daily.

This installation is presented by Midtown Arts Common in cooperation with Saint Peter's Church.

About the work

Yari Ostovany approaches painting as the visual evidence of an experience; not a representation of spiritual energy, but a translation of it into light and texture. Ostovany was born in Iran in 1962 and moved to the United States at the age of 16. He lives in the San Francisco Bay area.

Saint Peter's Church is located at the intersection of Lexington Avenue and 54th Street in midtown Manhattan.

Gallery hours: daily 9:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M.
The Church building sometimes closes early.

Saint Peter’s Church is accessible to all people at the building entrances on Lexington Avenue and on 54th Street.
