Concert Series

A VENUE FOR NEW, EMERGING AND UNDER-REPRESENTED ARTISTS

Many New York classical artists face overwhelming challenges to advancing their careers in the city’s highly competitive musical world. Midtown Arts Common’s Classical Concerts program, now in its fourth decade, gives promising musicians an opportunity to demonstrate their artistry before a live audience.

The Series is presented in collaboration with Saint Peter’s Church. The superb acoustics and elegant design of the Church’s Sanctuary provide an ideal environment. Concerts are scheduled every Tuesday evening from September through mid-June, and generally begin at 8:00 P.M.
