Musica Mundana Chamber Music Society

This classical concert series is presented by Midtown Arts Common in cooperation with Saint Peter's Church. Performances are held in the Sanctuary of Saint Peter’s Church on most Tuesdays at 8:00 P.M.

About the musicians

Musica Mundana consists of five permanent musicians and brings together the wide-ranging talents of its members: Aysegul Durakoglu, piano; Justin Kagan, cello; Patricia Kaczmarczyk, flute; San San Kletzien, violin; Sebnem Mekinulov, soprano.

The members of the Society have performed together in various occasions in the past. Their first musical partnership was at New York University's Chamber Music Society.

Since then, the Society has premiered numerous works at the Merkin Concert Hall, Aisan Music Festival at Lincoln Center, Harvard Club, Hoboken Art and Music Festival, and Christ and St. Stephen’s Church, and Saint Peter’s Church presented by Midtown Arts Common.
